Description

Stainless steel reducer is formed by reducing, and the production process is as follows:
Put the tube blank with the same diameter as the big end of the reducer into the forming die and press it along the axial direction of the tube blank, so that the metal moves along the die cavity and shrinks to form.
For reducers of some specifications, steel plates can also be produced by stamping process.
The shape of the die used for drawing refers to the size design of the inner surface of the reducer, and the blanking steel plate is stamped and stretched by the die.
