Description
Carbon steel reducer is a kind of pipe fitting used for pipe reducing. The roundness shall not be greater than 1% of the outer diameter of the corresponding end, and the allowable deviation is ± 3mm.
It is expressed by multiplying the diameter of large pipe orifice by the diameter of small pipe orifice, such as “8” × 6 “means that the diameter of the large orifice is 8 inches and the diameter of the small orifice is 6 inches.

Characteristic
The carbon steel reducer adopts the expanding forming process, which uses the tube blank smaller than the diameter of the big end of the reducer, and uses the internal die to expand the diameter along the inner diameter of the tube blank.
The expanding process mainly solves the problem that the reducer with larger variable diameter is not easy to be formed by reducing;
