Description
Stainless steel cross is a kind of pipe fitting used at the branch of pipeline. At present, there are two kinds of processes commonly used in the manufacture of cross by using seamless pipe: hydraulic bulging and hot pressing.
It has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. It has good machinability and weldability.
It is corrosion-resistant in the atmosphere. If it is an industrial atmosphere or heavily polluted area, it needs to be cleaned in time to avoid corrosion.

Characteristic
The stainless steel cross adopts the hydraulic bulging process, which is a forming process of expanding the branch pipe through the axial compensation of metal materials.
The hydraulic bulging process can be formed at one time, with high production efficiency, and the wall thickness of the main pipe and shoulder of the cross is increased.
The applicable forming materials are low carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel with relatively low cold work hardening tendency, including some non-ferrous metal materials, such as copper, aluminum, titanium, etc.
Application
The inside and outside of the stainless steel cross are treated with high-grade polishing equipment to meet the requirements of surface precision.
This product is suitable for stainless steel piping systems in dairy, food, beer, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other industrial fields.
