Description
Carbon steel pipe cap, also known as plug, pipe cover and bulkhead, is used to close the pipeline.
Its function is the same as that of pipe plug, but the pipe cap can be directly screwed on the pipe without other pipe fittings.
The pipe cap includes the design of convex pipe cap, conical shell, reducer section, flat cover and shrink mouth.

Characteristic
Carbon steel pipe cap is an indispensable and important part of pressure vessel equipment in petrochemical, atomic energy, food and pharmaceutical industries.
It is the end cap on the pressure vessel and a main pressure bearing part of the pressure vessel. Quality is directly related to the long-term safe and reliable operation of pressure vessels.
Carbon steel pipe caps are mainly made of Q235, 20#, A3, 16Mn, Q345B, 45#, etc.
Standards include gb/t25198-2010 (pressure vessel head standard), and pipeline standards gb/t12459-2005, gb/t13401-2005, etc.
Application
Carbon steel pipe caps are mainly used for water, beverages, beer, food, petrochemical industry, nuclear power, machinery, medical equipment, chemical fertilizer, shipbuilding, waterproof treatment, pipelines, etc.
