Description
Carbon steel nuts are used to connect fasteners together with screws and bolts.
Among them, type 1 nut is the most widely used, and type 2 nut is thicker. It is mainly used in occasions where assembly and disassembly are often required.
There are two grades of carbon steel nuts, one is grade 4.8 ordinary nut and the other is grade 8 nut.

Characteristic
Carbon steel nuts are divided into type 1, type 2 and thin type according to the nominal thickness.
Type I nuts are the most widely used. Type 1 nuts are divided into three grades A, B and C.
Class A and B nuts are suitable for machines, equipment and structures with small surface roughness and high accuracy requirements.
Grade C nuts are used for machines, equipment or structures with rough surfaces and low accuracy requirements.
Application
Carbon steel nut has the advantages of convenient installation, integrity, no gasket, easy disassembly, etc;
It is widely used in automobile industry, compressor, construction machinery, wind power generation equipment, agricultural machinery, casting industry, drilling equipment and other fields.
