Description
HDPE electrofusion pipe cap is a pipe fitting welded on the pipe end or installed on the external thread of the pipe end, which is used to seal the pipe.
It is used to close the pipe and has the same function as the pipe plug. It is a kind of plastic pipe fittings connected by melting through the temperature generated by the current.
During the installation and welding process, the electrofusion pipe cap and pipe shall not be immersed in water.

Characteristic
PE electric melting pipe cap is a thick wall part. In order to avoid internal stress caused by excessive temperature difference during cooling, the barrel temperature is taken as low.
The pipe cap mold adopts medium mold temperature. For PE material, the cooling rate is appropriate, the plastic crystallinity is moderate, and it has good physical and mechanical properties.

Strong corrosion resistance, chemical and electronic chemical corrosion resistance.
