Description
HDPE electrofusion reducer is a kind of chemical pipe fittings, mainly used for connection of two different pipe diameters.
The roundness of the reducer shall not be greater than 1% of the outer diameter of the corresponding end, and the allowable deviation is ± 3mm.
Standards include ASTM A106 / A53, API 5L, ASTM A105, ASTM a234 and ASTM A106. There are also DIN German standards and customized standards required by customers.

Characteristic
HDPE electrofusion reducer has good sanitary performance without adding heavy metal salt stabilizer.
The material is non-toxic, free of scale and bacteria, and solves the secondary pollution of urban drinking water.
It has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the corrosion of various chemical media except a few strong oxidants.
Under the rated temperature and pressure, it can be safely used for more than 50 years and has a long service life.
Application
HDPE electric fusion reducer has the advantages of light weight, simple welding process, convenient construction and low comprehensive cost.
Water supply pipeline and gas pipeline are two major application markets.
