Description
High strength bolts are used together with bolts, nuts and two washers.
The high-strength bolt is made of high-strength steel and requires a large pre tightening force.
Friction type is suitable for beam column connection, solid web beam connection and factory heavy lifting beam connection.
Pressure bearing high-strength bolts are suitable for shear connection of statically loaded structures that allow less sliding.

Characteristic
The high-strength bolts are divided into grade 8.8 and grade 10.9 according to the performance grade, and the torsion shear type is only used for grade 10.9.
Grade 8.8 indicates that the tensile strength of the anchor rod is not less than 800MPa and the yield ratio is 0.8;
Grade 10.9 indicates that the tensile strength of the bolt rod is not less than 1000MPa and the yield ratio is 0.9.
The diameter of high-strength bolts is generally M16 / M20 / M22 / M24 / M27 / M30.
Application
High strength bolts can bear much higher load than ordinary bolts of the same specification. Therefore, they are mainly used in some high-pressure environments;
For example, connection of high-voltage or ultra-high voltage equipment, bridges, tracks, etc.
It is also widely used in machinery, automobile, construction, railway, electronics, power plant and other industries.
