Description
WN flange refers to a kind of flange with tapered neck and butt welded with the cylinder or pipe, which is an integral flange.
WN flange and flat welding flange have different welding forms.
The weld between butt welding flange and pipeline is circumferential weld, and the flat welding flange is fillet weld.
The butt welding flange is mainly made of forged steel, and the flat welding flange is made of ordinary steel plate.

Characteristic
WN flange is the connecting device of two large-diameter pipes, usually two butt welded flanges and several fastening bolts.
It can be poured and connected, and can also be welded. Many flange fittings have holes on them, which can be connected by bolts.
The connection needs to be sealed with gasket.
Application
WN flange is suitable for petroleum, chemical, water heating, fire protection, power, aerospace, shipbuilding and other industries.
