Description
HDPE hot melt butt pipe cap belongs to one of the boiler components in pressure vessels, which is usually used at both ends of pressure vessels.
In addition, it is also used as a welded pipe fitting product at the end of the pipe for sealing. HDPE pipe cap is a part of the vessel and is connected to the pipe by welding.

Characteristic
HDPE hot melt requires the elongation at break of nozzle cap to be greater than 350%, generally greater than 500%.
HDPE raw material has stable performance and is an inert material, which can resist the erosion of various chemical media.
The molecular structure of HDPE cap is very stable and will not produce electrochemical corrosion.
It does not add any heavy metal stabilizer, the material is completely non-toxic, no scale layer, and no bacteria.
Application
HDPE hot melt butt pipe cap is mainly used for municipal engineering water supply system, building indoor water supply system, outdoor buried water supply system and residential quarters.
However, it should be noted that PE pipe caps cannot be used for hot water pipes. For outdoor use, when there is sunshine, protective measures shall be taken.
